This is a hybrid internship opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong interest in graphic design. You will work closely with the marketing team to create visually compelling graphics for various channels, including:

• Social media posts: Develop engaging visuals that capture attention and tell our brand story.
• Infographics: Create informative and visually appealing infographics that effectively communicate complex data.
• eDMs (electronic direct mail): Design eye-catching eDMs that drive engagement and conversions.
• Ad-hoc design tasks: Assist with additional design projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and target audiences.
• Generate creative concepts and develop visually appealing designs.
• Utilise design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality graphics.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Stay up-to-date on current design trends and best practices.
• Be open to feedback and willing to revise designs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a graphic design, visual communication, or related program (a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an IT Intern for an exciting SharePoint Design project. This role is an excellent opportunity to learn new skills, gain hands-on experience in a 0corporate environment, work with colleagues from across departments and hierarchies.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Drive the SharePoint Design project, meeting the project goals and completing deliverables on time.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly interact with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
3. Hands-On Development: Learn and apply principles of SharePoint design and development, alongside external vendors.
4. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors for the development phase of the project, ensuring that the solution built aligns with the project's objectives and timelines.
5. Documentation: Maintain documentation of the project, including stakeholder requirements, project progress, and timeline.

Qualifications:

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Communication, Design, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance on corporate governance, legal, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a broad range of commercial contracts, in particular IT and within a corporate environment.
• Monitor the contract process to ensure that contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory and organization’s contractual guidelines and policies, participate in pre-contract discussions, contract negotiations and contract changes.
• Experience in dealing with broad range of contractual issues within and across various business units and subsidiaries.
• Advise and assist the members of the Board as regards their duties and responsibilities as directors, compliance with their obligations under the Companies Act and issues on corporate governance

Requirements:

• Minimally degree in law
• Preferably 10 years of PQE in a law firm and in-house legal department, preferably in Civil/Public service
• Proficient in drafting various type of contracts and negotiating complex deals directly with vendors
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work effectively as part of a legal team
• Possess strong work ethics, good organisation skills and ability to multi-task
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
