Role and Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Capture stunning photos and videos of our products to showcase their beauty and uniqueness.
• Social Media Management: Manage and curate our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to engage with our audience and promote our brand.
• Livestream Assistance: Assist in planning and executing live streams to interact with our customers and showcase our products.
• Marketing Campaigns: Support marketing campaigns by helping with content creation, email marketing, and other promotional activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months commitment
• Strong verbal communication skills and love speaking to crowds
• Outgoing, people-oriented, positive attitude, and great customer service
• Comfortable with physically demanding job scope; sporty
• Proficient with basic digital tools (e.g. Google Suites, Zoom, Google Meets, etc)
• No prior experience is required
• Class 3/3A driver’s license (not required but preferred)
• Students and Fresh Graduates are all welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and define candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

• A-level/Diploma/Degree holder in any field
• Keen interest in Talent Aquisition HR
• 1 to 1 mentorship
