• Performing system entries for all Accounts Receivable (AR) sales invoices, credit notes
• Follow up with internal sales team & customers for missing documents & outstanding sales invoices
• Generate monthly statement of accounts and update AR aging report on a monthly basis
• Ensure proper and systematic filling is done in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform other admin and accounting duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Nitec/Diploma in Finance/Accounting with 1-2 years relevant working experiences

Job Scope

• Attend to walk-in applicants applying for loans, including working with business partners and tapping on external resources for referral of loan cases
• Ensure the eligibility of all loan applicants to proceed with loans and evaluate how creditworthy or not the applicant might be based on their history and current finances before recommending them for approval.
• Timely processing of bilateral and syndication loan drawdown, rollover, rate fixing, billing, repayment, and facility fee collection.
• Support remittance and deposit placement functions.
• Perform AML screening as well as pre & post-transactional handling.
• Timely and proper response to internal/external stakeholder inquiries and on matters relating to the services provided by the Branch.
• Maintain proper records of all loan files.
• Perform daily reconciliation, audit confirmation, management, and regulatory reporting.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Business Studies, Finance, Banking, Economics Commerce, or any other relevant education
• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in Loan Operations / Credit Administration
• Knowledge of AML & Terrorist Financing as well as Operational Risk issues will be an advantage
