Position: Form Processing Officer

Location: Raffles

Salary: Up to $3000 (depending on experience)

Job Description:

• Open and manage customer forms and requests received through mail.
• Ensure completeness of customers' requests, updating particulars accordingly.
• Process customer requests following Standard Operating Procedures.
• Collaborate with Trading Representatives and relevant stakeholders to gather additional information, ensuring timely completion of customer requests.
• Provide insights and suggest measures to improve processes, mitigate risks, and enhance SLA and cost-effectiveness.
• Designing and reviewing customer service request forms.
• Handling ad hoc assignments.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree, preferably in Banking or Finance.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant Customer Service experience, with operational knowledge in Securities and the stock market being advantageous.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Effective interpersonal skills for both internal and external interactions.
• Self-motivated and capable of working under pressure.
• Good team player with commitment and initiative.
• Meticulous, well-organized, with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
