The candidate will be trained to process e-litigation systems, proof-reading of legal documents, conducting searches as well as filing and retrieval of court documents and notices. In addition, the candidate will be assisting in client-facing roles such as coordination of schedules, collecting bill payments, and other administrative matters. Responsibilities:

• Be the subject matter expert in application security domain, IT security technologies and solutions
• Implement security best practices within software development lifecycle and collaborate with development teams to ensure secure coding practices and threat modelling.
• Performing information risk assessments for new/existing projects, IT outsourcing security reviews, and 3rd party risk assessments as identified across all aspects of the information technology structure.
• Provide security consultations to internal customers by identifying possible security threats and determining the best security measures.
• Respond to security incidents and provide technical guidance on remediation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies.
• Communicate security risks and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in application security.
• At least proficient in 1 Object-oriented programming
• Strong knowledge of software development and security practices.
• Familiarity with security standards such as OWASP, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with MAS TRM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications in CISSP, CSSLP, OSCP, CISA or CEH.

Responsibilities: -

• 24 x 7 triage, short-turn analysis of real-time security alerts & generate tickets, or escalation to L2 Security Analysts that are not in the Automation Runbook.
• 24 x 7 escalation to resolver upon receiving automated generated incident tickets on the health of SOCaS infrastructure, IT/OT managed security devices, or from the website defacement restorer activation alert.
• 24 x 7 manage problems till closure which include:
• Ensure that Service Level Agreements are met.
• Liaising with customers with regards to information security incidents
• Provision and performance of remedial actions to enhance customers' network security posture

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate/1 year working experience in IT Infrastructure Operation and/or Support.
• Willing to work with 24/7 shift pattern that includes weekend work.
• Sound fundamental knowledge on Internet technologies, such as TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, DNS, OWASP Top10 and web servers (e.g. Apache, IIS, Nginx, etc.).
• Understanding of firewalls, endpoint detection and response (EDR), IDS/IPS, WAF, etc.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information System.
• Experience in scripting (e.g. shell scripting, Macro, PHP, Perl, Java, etc.) and/or Regular Expression.
• Experience with TCP/IP packet analysis / network debugging with tcp dump or similar.
• Experience with web security concepts and technologies such as web application firewall, proxy.
• Experience general security technologies, processes, and concepts.

Job Summary

The PR Senior Executive will play a vital role in upholding and scaling the Bacha Coffee brand to greater heights. You will be assisting to develop and be responsible for implementing effective PR strategies that enhance our brand awareness and reputation, while peripherally ensuring efforts are aligned with business growth.

Primary Relationships

The position reports to the Assistant Marketing Director and supports the Assistant PR Managers on a daily basis.

Within the organization, this position will work closely with the Corporate Communications Team (Marketing, Digital/Ecommerce, Social and CRM teams) and other relevant departments to ensure alignment on main strategy and fulfil any internal coordination required respectively.

Outside the organization, the position coordinates primarily with agencies, members of the media and influential personalities.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate with PR agencies and partners to ensure that strategies are sensible and well-executed
• Manage media seeding and other PR gifting matters
• Crafting persuasive and impactful press releases and other PR-related written materials and tools like Q&A, factsheets etc.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that PR efforts are aligned to key organisational and business objectives to ensure that campaigns run smoothly.
• Handle day-to-day PR activities and follow-up on requests by agencies/journalists
• Media pitching and any other PR tasks when needed.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a PR agency or corporate setting.
• Eloquent in written English. Proficiency in an additional language is a strong bonus.
• Fluent verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills expected of a PR professional.
• A keen understanding of media landscape and trends. International media exposure is a bonus.
• Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
• Adaptive, independent, proactive, resourceful and have a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
