1. Responsible for the management and handling of the company's legal affairs, including contract drafting or review, legal document drafting, dispute resolution, intellectual property management, compliance review of company rules and regulations, etc., to ensure the compliance of the company's business and control of legal risks
2. Track and study the changes and updates in relevant laws and regulations, conduct risk assessments in a timely manner, and develop corresponding response strategies
3. Assist the company in resolving legal disputes and controversies, and safeguard the interests of the company,
4. Answer legal questions during the company's operation process and provide legal advice and assistance to other departments
5. Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with government departments and law firms, and obtain necessary legal support and consulting services.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Law/Legal Studies/Construction law or related in relevant industry
2. With work experience of over 2 years from law firm or corporate that deals with legal matter.
3. A team player with the willingness to be involved beyond the formal job remit
4. Able to converse in both English & preferably Mandarin as required to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
5. Strong written and oral communication skills, good at communication, proactive management and team spirit.
6. Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred
