The role requires a strong background and understanding of all cyber security domains. 

In this position, you will be part of the global cyber security operations team with focus on identification, analysis and response to cyber security threats and events. You will support the Head of our Cyber Security Operations Center in improving the effectiveness of the team and lead the planning, implementation, documentation as well actively coordinating and overseeing the service providers including MSSP.

Your key tasks 

• Manage and handle Cyber Security Incidents on a daily basis
• Identify cyber security gaps in existing and proposed projects
• Participate in organizational security projects, as required
• Support in development processes, and procedures for the team
• Assist correlating alerts, implementing monitoring Use Cases
• Provide implementations, recommendations for protecting and resolving threats and incidents
• Participate in the selection and evaluation of security solutions, or enhancements to existing cyber security solutions, to improve overall enterprise security

Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate with the business department to draft, negotiate, and review upstream lithium resource package sales contracts and terms.
• Collaborate with the import and export department to handle the negotiation, drafting, and review of long-term agreements and one-time purchase and sales agreements for downstream lithium products.
• Provide legal support for changes and modifications to long-term agreements upstream and downstream based on business needs.
• Review contract orders under long-term agreements submitted by the import and export department, provide legal opinions on additional terms or modifications in the orders, and promptly complete OA approval.
• Handle and resolve disputes related to lithium resource package sales in the upstream process, including disputes over resource grades and port demurrage fees.
• Follow up and address disputes in the downstream lithium product sales process, such as product quality, overdue payments, and logistic cost disputes.
• Compile standard terms for upstream and downstream sales and sales agreements and create standard templates.
• Compile information on the laws applicable to signed agreements with both upstream and downstream customers across various countries.
• Participate in and understand the deployment and arrangements of business and production departments, providing a forward-looking perspective for cross-border import and export legal work.
• Handle administrative tasks related to import and export sales, including but not limited to recording meeting minutes, supervising lawyer work, and auditing expenses.
• Perform other legal tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirement :

• Possesses a minimum Bachelor's degree in Law is required.
• Familiarity with and proficiency in reviewing purchase and sales agreements and legal documents in both Chinese and English.
• Understanding and familiarity with legal regulations and industry practices related to cross-border trade, maritime shipping, and warehousing.
• Basic awareness and understanding of cross-border investment, company compliance, and governance structures.
• Strong ability in risk identification, negotiation, communication, and coordination, with good stress tolerance.
• Possesses at least 2-3 years of legal expertise in cross-border trade, investment, and compliance.
• Capable of risk identification and dispute resolution.

Your day to day

PEOPLE

• Recommend and/or initiate salary, disciplinary, or other staffing-human resources related actions in accordance with Company rules and policies.
• Alert management of potentially serious issues.

FINANCIAL RETURNS

• Assist with establishing documentation and confidential reporting systems to ensure that appropriate investigation documentation and results are available for current litigation/settlement and future reference.
• Assist with establishing necessary and pertinent incident reports or information to police and fire agencies involving investigations and to the Corporate Legal department, Claims Management department, insurance agencies and outside attorneys to assist in case evaluation, settlement or defense involving lawsuits against the Company.

GUEST EXPERIENCE

• Assist with maintaining audit reports and records on all loss and safety incidents and implement system or procedure enhancement from information learned during the investigations.

RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS

• Assist with managing the daily activities of the security department.
• Plan and organize work and schedule employees to ensure proper coverage.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Assist with determining the security and safety requirements necessary to ensure that hotel property, employees and guests are protected against theft, crime and threats on a 24 hour per day basis.
• Assist with inspecting employee lockers and bags, parcels, and knapsacks when employees are entering and leaving the hotel and in response to suspicions of misconduct.
• Assist with training/educating employees on current safety issues to ensure compliance with all Company loss control policies and current security and safety regulations.
• Inform management of hazardous situations, emergencies or threats to the security of guests, employees or hotel assets.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs to Security equipment as needed and ensure that equipment is prepared and operational for the following day’s work.
• Assist with arranging and providing special security services for special events and executives as requested.

What we need from you

• Minimum 3 years’ related experience as Assistant Security Manager or Security Supervisor
• Must posses a valid security license as required by local government
• Working experience in the hotel industry will be an added advantage
• Oral and written fluency in English
