• Oversee day-to-day operation of sales team
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics to perform outstanding results
• Discover training needs and provide coaching
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
• Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
• Mentor team members towards personal and professional goals where applicable in line with career path

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Japanese high or native level + C1 Level of English.
• +2 years of experience in sales is a plus.
• Consultative sales knowledge (BANT) is a plus
• Proven managerial experience in a sales environment.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, etc.)
• Excellent people & communication skills.
• Strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• An ongoing desire to learn and develop.
• Capable of managing communication flow and direction.
• Passionate about sales, technology and the internet, with a desire to learn and develop
• Google Cloud Security certification is a plus
