Primary Purpose of Role

This exciting role is to manage legal risk and ensure commercially focused, practical legal advice is provided across a scope of work, including corporate and commercial matters, to key stakeholders at all levels of seniority. The legal counsel will assist the business to proactively identify and respond to relevant legislative and regulatory change and advise on operational issues and strategic project work for the organisation.

This role will be based in Singapore and will be responsible for working with the General Counsel to assist key stakeholders across the business.

Key Accountabilities

· Assist in negotiating and reviewing a variety of commercial contracts with third parties from inception/renewal through to execution

· Offer strategic legal advice to stakeholders on a wide range of matters

· Providing corporate and corporate secretarial support

· Ensuring solid commercial management of litigation matters and legal briefs from the business with assistance from external legal panel of firms (where necessary), including appropriate escalation and reporting within the business

· Drafting new contract templates and implementing new processes for the organisation

· Provide advice on regulations that is relevant to the business

· Assisting with various corporate projects including sustainability reporting.

Qualifications

· Law degree with 0-5 years PQE

The Employee, being appointed as Operations Executive, is responsible for the following duties:

a. General Supervisory Duties

- Overall-in-charge for the management of security services provided at a fixed number of deployment sites

- Reports to Chief Operations Officer

- Reports on all security officers deployed at managed sites

- Audit and ensure the quality of services provided at managed sites

- Manages Operations Team

b. Site Management

- Conduct security and risk assessments of managed sites

- Plan, implement, and improve security procedures and processes at managed sites

- Conduct daily inspections of managed sites

- Respond to incidents that are escalated from officers deployed to managed sites

- Liaise with estate managers at managed sites on behalf of the Company

- Plan and implement SOPs for contingencies at managed sites

c. Deployment Management

- Plan for the deployment of manpower at managed sites at least one week in advance

- Cover the duties of officers in the event of shortfall, or provide for the covering of duties in shortfall instances

d. Technologies Management

- Audit and ensure the readiness of security technologies deployed at managed sites

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise at managed sites

e. Personnel Management

- Ensure the discipline and professionalism of officers at managed sites

- Enforce and police compliance at managed sites to client and Company policies

- Respond to grievances aired by officers at managed sites and resolve them as needed

- Plan and schedule for the training of officers at managed sites as necessary

- Conduct OJT for freshly onboarded officers at managed sites as necessary

- Assist the COO with the recruitment and onboarding of new officers

- Conduct regular appraisal and performance reviews of managed officers

• Transform collected data into a suitable format for AI learning, utilizing tools such as Chat GPT to process PDFs and images into structured/LLM usable data.

JOB SUMMARY

You will participate in a variety of engagements, focusing on targets that may include network equipment, servers, applications, APIs, wireless infrastructures, mobile devices, and other information systems. Using a variety of tools and techniques that may include red teaming, you will have the opportunity to combine technical expertise with your imagination to discover innovative methods with the goal of ensuring customers remain one step ahead of its adversaries.

Hands on Responsibilities:

·Support the sales by attending security sales meeting (if necessary), effort estimation and provide security testing project timeline

·Develop the security acceptance test plan

·Provide expert technical support during the security testing activities

·Security test preparation, setting-up of testing environment, configuration and installation of the security testing tools

·Perform manual or automated security testing using commercial security testing tools

· Conduct Greybox Testing (Authenticated) and/or Blackbox Testing (Unauthenticated) Penetration Tests

· Conduct Whitebox Testing and Secure Code Review

· Conduct Network and Infrastructure Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing

· Conduct Web, Mobile and Desktop Application Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing

· Find and pinpoint the vulnerabilities of the assess target system / application

· Document and Report the vulnerabilities found in the system

· Provide professional recommendations / advice to mitigate and resolve the vulnerabilities

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or information systems, or equivalent work experience

· Minimum 3 - 5 years security experience in a security analyst, engineer, architect, consultant, or a similar role

· Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in conducting vulnerability assessment and penetration testing

· Required Certifications: Any of the followings

o CREST Registered Penetration Tester (CREST CRT)

o Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)

· Knowledge in conducting security testing with the following guidelines and standards

o Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP Top 10 Frameworks)

o Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS)

o Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE)

o Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE) / SANS Top 25 Software Errors

· High proficiency in manual and automated techniques for penetration testing (network equipment, servers, web applications, APIs, wireless, mobile, databases, and other information systems), as well as executing vulnerability assessments (injection, privilege escalation, fuzzing, buffer overflows, etc.)

· Tools – Proxies, Port Scanners, Vulnerability Scanners, Exploit Frameworks (ex: Burp, Nessus, Nmap, Metasploit)

· Strong oral and written communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to prepare quality documentation and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences

Overview:

Cybersecurity Manager is responsible for managing a security team in effective IT security compliance programs involving activities such as reviewing and development of security policies, processes or procedures and guidelines, ensuring policy compliance and conducting security reviews.

In addition to the above, this role also involves cybersecurity services management and enhancement as part of the service offering development. This role will also be heavily involved in tender participation, providing security solution consultation and assist the Assistant Director on resource planning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new cybersecurity services and enhance current ones as part of continual service offering improvement.
• Assist the Solution Architect team by participating bid and tender solutioning, providing input on the right services to be offered for all requirements related to cybersecurity.
• Establish third-party engagement with principles and distributors to expand cybersecurity solution options.
• Manage a diverse team of professional resources providing Information Security and compliance support for customers, including managing matrix reporting relationships and consultants.
• Effectively assess Information Security resource allocation and manage resource productivity, prioritization of work and individual goals/objectives, including performing bi-annual and annual performance evaluations.
• Establish and enhance cyber Threat Intelligence management, including methodologies for threat analysis, intelligence dissemination and vulnerability management services.
• Design and implement the cyber Threat Intelligence strategy, conducting cybersecurity reviews and proposing vulnerability management recommendations.
• Communicate the threat landscape, actor tactics, active campaigns, and risks to business leadership and IT teams.
• Manage operational initiatives and capital planning projects, as deemed necessary by the Senior Management.
• Produce/deliver management level presentation to higher management of both internal team and customers.
• Perform security related duties as needed for risk management, audit and compliance.
• Work closely with and support the Senior Management to maintain the Information Security Compliance Program for internal infrastructure and customers.
• Manage and support emerging frameworks and processes related to security for cloud computing, including developing and managing security operational processes/procedures.
• Develops and/or interprets information security policies, standards and procedures and manages the maintenance of revisions and updates.

Requirements:

• Minimally Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• 8 to 10 years of experience with a broad range of exposure to Information Security aspects, including security controls, baseline standards, general business planning, system analysis, system development, maintenance and application development.
• 6+ years of experience with information security, regulatory compliance and risk management concepts.
• 5+ years’ experience with managing team(s) and project(s) and with working in matrixed high-performance teams.
• General understanding of networking and communication techniques including WANs, LANs, Internet, Intranet, protocols, such as TCP/IP and their impact on security.
• Proficient in cyber threat intelligence frameworks e.g. Mitre ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain.
• Certifications like Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) or others are an added advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

My Client, a holding company with diversified businesses is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their legal team. Core function for this role is in the area of private property development and investment arm. You should have been called to Bar and bring with you experience in Compliance and Data Protection.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you are responsible for :-

• Assume the official roles of “Data Protection Officer” and “Compliance Officer” ensuring compliance with “PDPA and **AML/CFT provisions for the Company and its subsidiaries (“Company Group).
• Supervise and provide legal oversight of:

- leasing and sales administration work and

- real estate transaction in respect of properties to be acquired or developed and/or owned by

the Company Group and proactive solutions and strategies to mitigate potential legal risk

while meeting the objectives of Company Group

• Be the main point of contact to provide day-to-day legal and compliance support within Company Group.

You will play a central role to establish, update and enforce, a robust framework of reporting & compliance with “PDPA and **AML/CFT provisions which include:

• Company’s policies and procedures, primarily in the areas of data protection, privacy and anti-money laundering and countering of terrorist financing legislations. This require candidate to stay abreast of real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure the company’s activities are compliant.
