• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on NDAs, confidentiality agreements, MOUs / LOIs, term sheets, notices, letter agreements, hotel management, license and ancillary contracts with potential hotel partners.
• Support the SEAP Legal team in advising, collaborating and executing various strategic projects involving key business stakeholders (including strategic partnerships, business innovation and other similar matters) to guide and support the business teams from a legal perspective.
• Support the SEAP Legal team in liaising closely with the Development team to identify and remove barriers to contract negotiation and execution, in accordance with company’s standards and policies.
