Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the complete lifecycle of projects, including planning, coordination, execution, and control.
• Assist in building and guiding project teams, providing direction, and support to achieve project goals.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring effective resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and regularly monitor progress.
• Assist in generating reports that outline project status, issues, and proposed solutions.
• Address conflicts and resolve issues within the project team.
• Analyze and troubleshoot problem areas, adjusting strategies as required.
• Mentor and motivate team members, fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
• Undertake additional tasks and assignments as they arise.

Requirements:

• Hold a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the civil engineering industry.

• Provide technical services to the maintenance and troubleshooting of the different security, mechanical and electrical systems as company’s product
• Attend and carry out Fault Finding and Diagnosis of systems breakdowns, both on a mechanical and electrical basis, with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times
• Follow Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records as applicable
• Attend to any operational and maintenance issues
• Maintain records of breakdowns and repairs in compliance with ISO standards
• Assist in project related activities that includes deployment, installation and testing
• Assist in planning standby duties and implementing better strategies for improvement of maintenance operation
• Be available for on call and stand by duty procedures and other responsibilities required
• To follow all company business operation and SOP at all times
• Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve Company’s KPIs, ISO 14001 objectives and target. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts or unsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly

• Any other operational and maintenance duties as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Diploma / NITEC in Electrical, Electronics or IT related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience with project background
• Preferably with knowledge in Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Intercom, Barrier System)
• Prefer to have Class 2B / 3 Licence
• Independent yet able to work as a team
• Able to converse well and effectively with stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Security - Specialty or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) are a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

• Organised, independent and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced working environment and adhere to organisational process and governance.

• Minimum five (5) years of relevant IT experience in deploying and managing application and services on cloud, including the design, development, implementation and/or management of the solution.

• Proven experience as a Cloud Security Engineer or similar role, with a focus on AWS cloud services

• Good knowledge in security

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Proficient in security concepts related to infrastructure as code (IaC) and containerisation.

• Experience with security tools and technologies, such as Security Information and Events Management, Data Loss Prevention, Database Activity Monitoring, Data Security and Protection, Privileged Access Management, File Integrity Monitoring, Web Application Firewall, Intrusion Prevent etc
