• Provide support for the secondment process to legal stakeholders, including agreement review and assistance with processing documents.
• Work with Legal staff to track requests and deliver timely status updates on the processing documents and onboarding of candidates.
• Work with alternative legal service providers (ALSPs) to ensure they are updated with process changes.
• Review and recommend or approve agreements, including, but not limited to, secondment agreements, master retention agreements, and engagement letters.
• Present and explain acceptance or rejection of agreements to law firms and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, in troubleshooting issues related to secondments.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field with min 5-7 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, project management from tech companies.
• Legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal team preferred.
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work independently, be organized, and manage one’s time.
• Strong ability to create relationships with cross functional teams.

The Role

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise internal stakeholders and negotiate with external counterparts on a variety of commercial agreements, including third party agreements, operations agreements, services agreements, partnerships, and marketing agreements
• Develop and implement processes for efficient and streamlined operations surrounding contract negotiation and processes
• Develop and maintain precedent agreements, contract management systems, and other databases
• Identify and advise on legal risks in connection with the development of new products
• Organize and conduct periodic compliance reviews pertaining to the Financial Advisors Act, MAS Notices and Guidelines.
