Job Description:

• Implement, manage, and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information within the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with the latest security standards and protocols.
• Participate in the development and refinement of policies and procedures for the SOC, ensuring they are aligned with best practices and industry standards.
• Analyze and investigate security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents within the Microsoft 365 framework and broader IT environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an IT security role, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 security and SOC operations.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate, CompTIA Security+, or similar are highly desirable.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 security tools and configurations, including but not limited to Advanced Threat Protection, Data Loss Prevention, and Secure Score.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001) and regulatory requirements related to information security.
