This role involves testing Cybersecurity products that are being developed using existing testing tools or creating their own automated scripts to demonstrate that the products they assess operate properly and are ready for production or distribution.

They will run tests to gather relevant information about how the product performs and use these test data to determine if there are issues that need to be addressed prior to end-user access. They will collaborate with product development team to discuss test results and develop solutions to the issues identified.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for product system integration and testing, and production support of Cybersecurity products
• Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters.
• Designing QA test procedures.
• Overseeing the drafting of testing documents.
• Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process.
• Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.
• Conducting analysis checks on product specifications.
• Reviewing Quality Assurance reports.
• Ensuring the successful deployment of products into the market.
• Responding to requests from the design team and management.
• For manager role, responsibility includes creating a strategy for testing specific products and lead a team of system test engineers

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a QA/Testing engineer is preferred.
• Experience in software scripting on Windows and Linux systems

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT Security Protection System, address technical and security issues, and perform Health Checks.
• Review and enhance IT security policies, procedures, and documentation based on industry standards.
• Enforce IT Security Policy compliance, assess security posture, and recommend measures to mitigate threats.
• Develop and enforce security policies to safeguard against unauthorized access and potential threats. Configure and manage IPSEC for secure communication and maintain Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• Implement POA to enhance network security and address vulnerabilities. Develop Plans of Action (POA) based on specific requirements and execute them efficiently.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies on firewalls to safeguard the network infrastructure. Manage and maintain various firewall platforms, including ASA, Juniper SRX, Fortinet, and Palo Alto.
• Utilize network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Manage Engine, Netflow, Cacti, and Tivoli to ensure proactive network management and security.
• Analyze and resolve complex network problems, ensuring minimal impact on business operations. Provide comprehensive network support, ensuring smooth operations and quick issue resolution.
• Support Cyber Security Incident management and response for both internal and external parties
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address network-related challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Leverage these tools for real-time analysis and reporting on network performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years proven experience in information security and network administration. Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in information security.
• Proficient in Cyber and Network Security Management, IT Compliance and/or Risk Management. In-depth understanding of IPv4, Network Address Translation (NAT), Address Resolution Protocol (ARP), and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP).
• Firm understanding of TCP/IP, OSI Layer, network security, network routing and switching, firewall and etc
• Experienced with Gemalto, RSA, Splunk, SEP and other cybersecurity technologies is advantageous.
• Certification in cybersecurity and/or network design (e.g. SSCP, CISSP, CCNA, CISA)
• Strong understanding of ISO27001 and/or PCI Data Security Standards.
• Strong project management and communication skills (written and spoken)

Who are we?

We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel in Singapore to provide legal support to the supply chain and project execution of Yinson Production (“YP”). The Legal Counsel will be working closely with YP’s Chief Counsel and the rest of YP’s Legal team worldwide. We can offer exciting, varied and high-paced project transactions with a wide range of legal tasks.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate project documents, such as frame agreements, EPC contracts, service contracts and supply chain contracts, with YP’s key subcontractors, which would include (without limitation), shipyards, topside fabrication contractors and EPC contractors.
• Coordinate the interface and allocation of responsibilities between YP’s supply chain department and Legal department.
• Draft, review and negotiate corporate M&A documents, such as share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholders agreements and memorandum of agreements etc. for projects development.
• To be responsible for and oversee the work of external legal counsels.
• To work with various departments such as finance, company secretary, tax and/or project teams to ensure that the legal aspects of a project transaction are in line with the general objectives of YP and the requirements as set out in YP’s client contracts.
• Draft, review and finalise board resolutions and papers for project documents and execution.
• Review and negotiate confidentiality agreements/NDAs with counterparties.
• To undertake general in-house legal work and provide legal support to all departments or disciplines within YP, when necessary and required.
• QHSSE Duties – every employee shall:

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess LL.B honors degree from a reputable university.
• Professionally qualified in a common law jurisdiction.
• In depth knowledge of offshore industry, EPC contracts and/or projects documentation.
• Experience from a reputable law firm (preferably) and/or in-house legal department within the offshore or shipping industry.
• Minimum 7 years’ PQE.
• Experience in cross border and international project transactions and management.
• Be a strong communicator and possess a commercially savvy approach to legal matters.
• Transaction execution is an important part of this role and the ability to manage projects, multi-task and prioritize competing demands are essential attributes.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills to partner and work together with the other relevant stakeholders of YP in project management and execution.

The role:

You are a hands-on, meticulous individual who possess knowledge on programming skills and algorithm development.

• Support migration of on-premise architecture design for implementation and deployment on AWS, Azure, GCP and/or equivalent cloud platforms.

Requirements

• Familiarity with virtualisation and container technologies like Nutanix, VMWare, OpenStack, Docker and Kubernetes preferred.
• A team player with strong analytical/ problem solving and communication skills.
• Candidates with experience on Cloud, DevOps and relevant (ISC)² Information Security Certifications are preferred.
