Job Responsibilities:

· Compile and analyze management reports for the weekly cash flow report.

· Assist with the month-end consolidation close process for Best Estimates and Actuals, which includes loading and validating data, posting consolidation journals, and preparing management reports.

· Review country-specific inputs, addressing any missing information or significant variances during the close process.

· Prepare monthly and ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting packages as needed.

· Contribute to ad-hoc projects and the annual budgeting process.

Job requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/ACCA or a relevant professional accounting qualification, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.

· 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, cash flow management, or similar roles within a corporate environment.

· Strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes and understanding of best practices in financial reporting.

· Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills, including data validation, pivot tables, and complex formula creation.

· Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.

· Attention to detail and accuracy, especially when reviewing large sets of financial data or preparing reports.

· Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with country teams and resolve data discrepancies.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, especially during the month-end close and budgeting periods.

· Experience in project support and financial planning processes, including ad-hoc projects and budgeting cycles.

· Team player mindset, with the flexibility to adapt to dynamic work requirements and priorities
