Job Overview: We are seeking administrative assistants to manage a variety of office duties, with a primary focus on order picking and preparation, data entry, inventory accuracy, payment reconciliation, filing, and other general administrative tasks. As a highly reputable player in the industry, we hire based on integrity and aptitude.
Job Location & Hours: We operate from 2pm - 10pm on Mondays to Fridays, 12pm - 10pm on Saturdays, and 12pm to 8pm on Sundays. Full-time and part-time positions available, flexible schedule. Our work location is at 215 Bedok North St 1, #02-85, S460215, a short walk from Bedok MRT.

Key Duties:
- Data Entry & Record Keeping - Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate records in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
Organizing and filing documents (physical and electronic) for easy access and retrieval.
- Order Processing and Preparation - Handling order entries, preparing and packing orders, or coordinating shipments.
Ensuring that orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Inventory Management - Monitoring and tracking inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy. Assisting with stock ordering, restocking, and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Payment Reconciliation - Ensuring all payments and transactions are accurately recorded. Reconciling payment records, invoices, and receipts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Communication & Correspondence - Answering phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Drafting and proofreading internal and external communications, including reports, memos, and letters.
- Office Organization & Tidiness - Maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient office environment. Handling office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and placing orders as necessary.
- Customer Service & Support - Interacting with clients, customers, or vendors in person, over the phone, or through email.
Providing assistance, answering questions, and resolving issues as needed.
- Document Management - Creating, updating, and organizing files, ensuring that they are compliant with company policies. Preparing and printing reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings or presentations.
- Support for Other Departments - Assisting other team members or departments with administrative support as needed. Handling ad-hoc tasks like research, travel arrangements, or project coordination.
Requirements:
