This role involves driving sales targets, managing commercial operations, and maintaining strong client relationships in alignment with organizational goals for both Carrier Owned Container (COC) and Shipper Owned Container (SOC) services. The incumbent should have at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Reports:

• Prepare and deliver monthly reports for COC/SOC services, analyzing market trends, and providing updates to the Reporting Manager.

Daily Operations Management:

• Work closely with Customer Service and other internal stakeholders such as local operations, transshipment, documentation teams, and headquarters (Trades & Group Commercial and Agency Management - Agency Network Management).
