Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin cum HR Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting both administrative and human resources functions to ensure smooth operations within the office. The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker, highly organized, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies inventory, mail distribution, and facility management.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Maintain and organize office records, documentation, and filing systems (both physical and digital).
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as needed.
• Support budgeting and expense tracking, ensuring compliance with company policies.

HR Support:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are updated accurately.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including documentation and orientation coordination.
• Assist in tracking employee attendance, leave applications, and preparing monthly reports.
• Coordinate staff training sessions, employee engagement activities, and other HR-related initiatives.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative and/or HR support roles.
• Skills:Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle of full set of accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly annual management reports & financial reports.
• Prepare Year-End closing/Accruals. Month end closing.
• Liaise with Auditors, Company Secretary and Tax Agents.
• Prepare necessary documents and assist on yearly stock take.
• Prepare and submit GST quarterly.
• Prepare submission of Government grants
• In charge of Petty Cash, checking and reimbursement of all claims.
• Handling all bank matters, liaising and work with bank relationship manager.
• Prepare GST reports and submit to IRAS.

Requirements:

• Required language(s): Candidate must be fluent in English and Mandarin, in order to communicate with mandarin speaking members and customers
