The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization's leadership including responsiblities:
• Assist in business development initiatives and clients support.
• Knowledge of Powerpoint, excel
• Provides Personal & Business secretarial duties to the Director
• Handle office tasks such as filing, data entry, setting up for meetings, maintaining office supplies etc
• Scheduling appointments and managing Director' calendar
• Using computer to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, maintain excel spreadsheet, create presentation, conduct research
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail
• Assist Director's team members on team projects
• Planning of events & coordination of booking process
• Preparing PowerPoint slides presentations
• Responsible for business and administrative duties to Director, resourcing and executing business development plans and increase market share in the industry.
. Support Director to drive business by building strong rapport and relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
• Fast and independent learner
• Able to think on own feet
• Powerpoint, excel
• One drive, Google drive and Google forms
