Reporting to Global account manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to provide analytical and administrative support to Global account department and to manage a list of major Global accounts customers where ANL maintains a direct relationship. Main Responsibilities:

Tender Management

• Collate and produce information for tender migration

• Assist the ANL Insurance department with the resolution of Global / Regional customer insurance claims as required

· To build and leverage links with like-minded organisations in business, industry and higher education both in Singapore and the wider region.

· Promote communication both internally and externally through the extensive communication channels by showcasing ongoing projects and celebrating the creativity of the community.

Student Development

· Through leadership of the team ensure there is a suitable curriculum, assessment, core and after-school learning opportunities, and participation in competitions for gifted and talented students.

· Mentor and guide students in the gifted and talented programme.

Experience and Qualifications

The Singapore Population Health Studies (SPHS) is a population-based health research initiative at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore. JOB PURPOSE

Procurement & Logistic Support (Materials and Supplies):

a. Procure and securely store training materials & stationery
