This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders including subject matter experts to create engaging and effective instructional materials that promote an excellent learning experience for all learners.

The Curriculum Development Coordinator ensures the quality and relevance of educational programs by vetting course materials, conducting market surveys, and drafting proposals with partners. They collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and feedback on curriculum development.Curriculum Development Coordinator designs assessment tools, analyzes data to improve curricula, and monitors student performance. Resource management duties include updating records, recommending educational resources, managing procurement and distribution of materials, and maintaining inventory. Additionally, the Coordinator performs various ad-hoc duties to enhance the institution's educational offerings.

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Design and Development:

• Vet course materials for accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct market survey for course trends and demand sensing.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Draft proposals and contracts with collaboration partners.
• Work closely with various stakeholders to gather input and feedback on curriculum development.

Resource Management:

• Update records and course information on various platforms and with various stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend educational resources, including textbooks, software, and online materials.
• Assist with presentation slides and/or other courseware.
• Manage the procurement and distribution of curriculum materials.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of curriculum resources and materials.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Description:
-To support and administer all WSH-related initiatives.
-Conduct daily WSH inspection to ensure total compliance to MOM regulations and recommend preventive measures
-Handle daily site inspections on WSH aspects, and ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
-Prepare and review the safety documents (Risk Assessment/SWP/MS and etc).
-Execute risk management plan for work processes and work areas.
-Ensure Health & Safety and Environmental Management system is effectively implemented.
-To recommend practicable measures to help protect employees from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or materials.
-To investigate accidents if any, identify causes and take necessary actions to prevent similar accidents in future.
-To assist on all WSH matters and promote awareness to all stakeholders.
-To liaise and follow up with the relevant stakeholders on WSH matters.
-Ensure PTW supporting documents are valid and in place for operational performance
