Responsibilities
To prepare & facilitate design drawings using BIM and CAD technologies for building construction.

About This Role:-

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Applicant Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Coordinate detailed design drawings and specifications with consultants in compliance with project’s requirements.
• Review and coordinate tree & plants care design plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for landscape maintenance.
• Prepare, monitor and update landscaping progress reports.
• Evaluate architectural and landscape designs from a horticultural perspective to determine the impact and provide appropriate recommendation.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor in Architecture or Landscape Architecture with more than 5 years local work
• Knowledge on Nparks & NEA practices in terms of seeking approval and submission procedures to all government agencies and authorities will be advantageous

Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job Responsibilities:

• To act as the primary contact person for liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties ensuring project requirements at customer site are complied
• Lead a team of professionals through all phases of project development, implementation and completion
• Oversees daily project operation, logistics arrangements, and customer’s arrangement
• Project site management and coordination
• Assist in preparing and updating project administration documents, timelines, meeting notes, external contractor briefing notes and status report
• Work closely with customer site operations to understand their requirements and seek clarifications if needed
• To participate in contractor meetings as and when required by customer
• Assist the Manager to manage customer care program. To monitor customer satisfaction, complaints, changes in customer’s people, equipment, processes, materials used and business strategies
• To ensure all ISD personnel and sub-contractors adhere to the safety, Environmental and Health policies and requirements. Review the ISD personnel and sub-contractor work activity and review their JSRA
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holder in any discipline
• Min 2 years of project management experience in industrial area
