JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across the organization
• Develop and design training programs, materials, and resources, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules
• Coordinate the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials preparation
• Track and analyse training metrics to measure program success and identify areas for improvement
• Recommend and implement improvements to training programs based on feedback and performance data
• Work with internal trainers and external vendors to deliver training programs
• Assist in managing the training budget, including cost tracking and vendor negotiations
• Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, certifications, and evaluation results
• Ensure training programs comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple training programs simultaneously
• High attention to detail to ensure training materials are accurate and effective
