Salary: $1,800 - $2,000 + OT

Working Days : Mon - Fri (7:45am -5:30pm)

Working Location: Bedok North (nearest MRT Simei / Bedok Reservoir)

Responsibility

• Provide support for inbound and outbound shipments
• Liaise with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Verify delivery documents and ensure proper hand over to relevant parties
• Fulfill assignments issued by manager
• Assist in the daily operations duties

The Opportunity:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
• Location: Alexandra
• Duration: 6 months (Renewal and conversion subject to business needs)

Job Description:

• Handle daily document transactions and services to customers (issue PO, Invoice, Daily sales report, etc.)
• Coordinate with finance team to proceed custom clearance and incoming tax payment. Manage on-time monthly closing in system.
• Confirm product availability with customers and coordinate with SCM team and warehouse in term of logistic and other related sales issue.
• Provide good customer service, attitude and communication including face to face, telephone and email.
• Support sales other duties as assigned. (service, stock available, product details, pricing and others.

The Requirement:

• Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent
• Preferably 1 year of experience in Logistics or Sales Coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to start within short notice
