The Role

We are looking to recruit a Legal Project Coordinator (“LPC”) to join our growing Legal Project Management capability across EMEA. The LPC will assist with the day-to-day activities of the Legal Project Management (“LPM”) team, which is part of NRF’s Legal Transformation Programme.

Job Description

• Position Title: Transport Coordinator / Transport Executive
• Working Location: Jurong Island (Company Transportation Provided)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5.45 pm
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + OT + Incentive + AWS + PB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the Assistant Transport Manager.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring transport orders.
• Ensure transport orders meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and customers.
• Serve as the primary contact between external hauliers and the company.
• Plan and allocate delivery and transport orders efficiently.
• Maintain key data sets for reporting and present findings to internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site observations in collaboration with hauliers.
• Perform audits on hauliers to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and execute transport orders effectively.
• Monitor transport orders to ensure they meet the company’s KPIs.
• Identify and address operational and service level gaps.
• Undertake additional ad-hoc duties and projects as required.

• Minimum NITEC in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Transport, or any relevant field.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience, including handling export, import, and general trucking order process flow.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI).
• Prior experience in using SAP.

We seek a passionate and aspiring Wellness Project Coordinator who can excel in sales, customer service, and project coordination to join our team in cultivating a healthy community.

Main Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage multiple projects and assignments.
• Liaise between clients, fitness instructors & wellness speakers for smooth communication.
• Handle corporate inquiries, email correspondence, and urgent requests.
• Prepare and draft corporate proposals, quotations, and invoices.
• Source necessary information, such as venues, for clients.
• Ensure seamless operations and adeptly solve problems.
• Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings.
• Assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects.
• Close clients and contribute to revenue goals.
• Understand client needs and negotiate costs and services.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Holder and Relevant experience as a project/events coordinator is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Meticulous, multi-tasker, and eager to learn.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress well.
• Sales background is a bonus.
• Fast-working laptop and internet connection.
• Revenue generation will be part of the KPI.
