Job Responsibilities:

• Review the assigned projects and understand the unique project requirements
• Ensure customer requirement can be fulfilled and update in SAP system
• Point of contact for customer and sub-contractors
• Schedule materials arrival, approval of documents, production/testing, and delivery
• Work closely with sub-contractors and inter-departments for the assigned project to ensure planned schedules are met
• Ensure all materials are available to launch into the schedule for assembly
• Prepare Project Schedule in MS Project and MS Excel for internal and external reporting
• Ensure proper closure of the project order before handling over to Shipping Department
• Perform additional related duties as requested or required

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in any discipline
• At least 1-year of relevant experience in project management
• Preferably with working experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• Proficient in MS Project Management and Excel
• Knowledge in SAP systems will be an added advantage

Position title: Sales Co-ordinator (Indoor Sales)

Working hours : 8:30am -5:00pm

Salary : $2,200 – $3,000

Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiry and customer’s purchase order
• Process sales quotation, sales order and purchase order
• Liaison with customer on product quality and delivery
• Provide pre and post sales services to maintain good working relationship with customers
• Arrange shipment accordance to sales order
• Retrieve mill test certificates when require
• Monitor and assist the Finance Dept. in collecting payment from the customers
• Assign tasks given by departmental head and directors

Requirement

• At least 2 years’ experience in the sales of hardware products or electrical items, especially in the oil & gas industry
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Must have experience in valves, pipes and fittings.
