Duties of Logistics Coordinator:

• Assist with daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and stock management.

• Monitor and respond to emails and handle general inquiries efficiently.
• Sort and organize inventory in line with established procedures.

Duties / Scope of Work

• Maintaining a good rapport, communication and interaction with customers
• Coordinating all outbound and inbound activities with the sources and follow up with necessary documentation.
• Ensuring on-time delivery to customer is met by working with 3PL/warehouse and make timely booking for shipment.
• Providing full set of shipping documents and ensuring timely invoicing to customer.
• Prepare full set of shipment documents to customs clearance.
• Support Order fulfilment closure on a monthly basis.
• Handle day to day customer inquiries regarding shipments, booking for exports and local delivery independently.
• Work involving more complex products/technical knowledge or out of norm Supply Chain processes, or Fulfillment, requires assistance from Customer Service team members or Supervisor/Manager
• Any other related responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time where appropriate.

Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm
