Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete all necessary export documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and smooth shipment processes.
• Liaise with customers and overseas offices to coordinate and arrange export shipments effectively.
• Book airfreight space with airlines and collaborate with terminal operators for cargo lodgements.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Operations Manager to support operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in the Airfreight and Logistics industry
• Training provided for those without/with lesser experience

Job Description Responsibilities:

• Ensure the projects are fully attended and completed to meet agreed deadlines
• Supervising the project progress to ensure that issues of the project are identified and solved
• Attend meetings, liaise and manage clients to complete project deliverables
• Experience managing a team on site at an event, ability to troubleshoot on site and react, provide solutions to the internal team, external suppliers and clients alike.

Responsibilities

· Supervise and manage Civil / Structural projects, work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.

· Work force planning & designing for demolition and regulation.

· Carry out inspections to ensure that the works meets the quality standard.

· Preparing Risk Assignments.

· Preparing Permit Paper & Daily Toolbox.

· Manpower Management & Maintaining Manpower Report.

· Site planning, coordination, and execution of matters to construction project.

· Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure smooth progression and competition of work.

· Liaise with consultants to carry out inspections and audits.

· Carry out full time supervision of construction works as required under BCA regulations.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in any discipline or equivalent
• 10-12 years Manpower Management Experience.
• Should have experience in 24/7 operations
• Site safety and Knowledge in Risk assessment is advantage
• Should have Knowledge in Demolition Projects
