• Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
• Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
• Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills
• Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
• Able to handle work in a fast-paced environment
• 6 days work week including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Accept and carry out responsibilities in accordance with the company compliance, health, and safety policies.
• Managing and ensuring the fulfilment of Inbound/Outbound/VAS activities based on customer’s volume trend, sales campaigns/activities to ensure a well-functioning supply chain to local stores.
• Monitoring of volume/activities ensuring facilities and resources are optimized and sufficient to support a consistent and flow-functioning distribution centre.
• Manage team performance and workload to ensure effective and efficient service delivery by the operations team.
• Keeping close contact with and customers, transporter, and suppliers to ensure good service levels, productivity, and optimal customer service
• Ensuring operational plans and forecast are executed promptly.
• Decision making based on analytical data.
• Responsible for meeting KPIs within the agreed lead time.
• Lead, develop and support team members growth and performance by through continuous improvement (Training/Materials) and setting qualities targets.
• Undertake any other activities as directed by immediate superiors.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above in any relevant fields
• At least 3 years of strong supervisory experience
• May require for OT during peak periods
• 5.5 days (Alternate half day on Saturdays)

1. Experience on same job field is an advantage.

2. Responsible for all day to day management, ensuring smooth running of the operations.

3. Managing waiters, in charge of workers’ schedules, arranging guests

4. Cooperating with the kitchen to provide guests the best service and tasty food

5. Customer service oriented, resolving customers’ complaints in a professional manner

6. Able to work on Sunday and public holidays and taking shifts.

7. Able to speak both English and Chinese.
