Key Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Preparation and submission of GST returns. Liaise with IRAS during GST audits.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and analyses to support decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing valuable insights to management.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
• Administer payroll processes, including calculation of salaries, bonuses, and deductions, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Oversee employee benefits administration and resolve related queries.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for HSEQ, Lab Operations & Team Management. Detailed scope of responsibilities include, perform & review blending & filling failure investigations, assisting to perform trial blends, conducting & reviewing risk assessment, participating in operational excellence projects, ensuring adequate manpower to support lab operations, coordinating with external vendors on repair works, preventive maintenance, purchase of chemical, consumables, equipment spart parts and ensuring team performs the routines QC samples and HSEQ equipment maintenance checklist.
