• Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Facilities Executive on matters relating to the security
• Lead a team of technicans, outsourced security officers and housekeepers to ensure the smooth operations of day-to-day building's operations.
• Provide solutions to preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities and fire protection facilities and equipment at all times
• Cross-deployed to support other DCs/warehouses whenever needed.
• As a Supervisor, shall always be on standby 24/7, ready to respond to crisis and emergency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of leading a team in any facilities settings
• Relevant knowledge in logistics or warehousing facilities will be advantageous
• Must possess a valid PLRD security license
• Preferably trained in CERT, First Aid and AED
