• End of month to review and prepare all sales, stock and staff file
• Work together with team to achieve kiosk sales target
• Greet customers who enter the shop/kiosk
• Be involved in stock control and management
• Promote product to customers
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues
• Coordinate the delivery of goods and product display
• Report discrepancies and problems to supervisor
• Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers
• Be responsible for processing payments

• Manage 2 -3 outlets
