Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of Scaffold Operations:Oversee daily scaffold activities, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  Ensure scaffolding is erected, maintained, and dismantled in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
  
• Safety Management:Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures for all scaffolding work.
  Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of scaffolding setups, identifying hazards and recommending corrective actions.
  
• Team Leadership:Lead and train a team of scaffolders, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
  Allocate tasks and manage the workflow of scaffolding activities on site.
  
• Quality Assurance:Ensure scaffolding work meets project specifications and quality standards.
  Review and approve scaffold designs and layouts before implementation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in scaffolding (e.g., CISRS, OSHA) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in scaffolding supervision, preferably in shipbuilding or maritime environments.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding materials, techniques, and safety standards.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
