 Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a high-pressure customer service environment with a track record of managing complex cases.

• Assist in scheduling of future appointments
• Registration of patients
• Assisting the doctors and nurses in basic medical care if needed
• Data entry of patient’s particulars into the hospital system
• Handling phone calls and enquires and providing information
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Nitec and above
• No experience needed , Training Provided
