We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer (Mobility ) to work on deployment and enhancements projects with clients mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in common MDM and UEM solutions, enabling seamless deployment, configuration, and management of end-user devices across various platforms. This role is critical to ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable device management while enhancing user productivity and maintaining compliance with organizational policies.

Responsibilities:

Device Management and Configuration

• Administer, configure, and maintain Workspace ONE UEM and Microsoft Intune platforms to manage end-user devices (mobile, laptops, desktops, and tablets).
• Develop and deploy device provisioning profiles, policies, and configuration settings for iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows platforms.
• Perform bulk device enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device enrollment, application deployment, and policy configuration.

Application and Patch Management

• Manage application distribution, updates, and removal using MDM tools.
• Perform regular patch management to ensure devices remain secure and up-to-date with the latest OS and application versions.
• Test and deploy critical security updates across managed devices to minimize vulnerabilities.

Server Setup/ Upgrade ( Non MDM related )

• Deploy, configure and update Windows Servers .
• Apply updates, patches and configuration changes to on-prem or cloud systems
• Assist in any related system projects that may be assigned

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Workspace One UEM and/or Intune (Endpoint Manager)

• Familiarity with Active Directory Azure AD

• Proficiency with Managing End-user Devices especially Windows Devices

• Knowledge of scripting languages ( eg. Powershell)

• Good understanding of IT Infrastructure and Cloud Platforms is required

Senior Testing and Commissioning Engineer (Ref.No. R1007593) at our location in Singapore

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cut-In/Out Test & Commissioning Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing test and commissioning activities related to large-scale rail infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in electrical engineering and a proven track record of working in high-pressure environments, ensuring compliance with all local regulations and project requirements.

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

1) Define pre-requisites and priorities for Test & Commissioning (T&C) planning.

2) Coordinate the production of T&C documentation and ensure its timely delivery.

3) Manage interfaces with various internal and external stakeholders.

4) Witness or perform specific tests on the system to verify compliance and functionality.

5) Plan and coordinate site testing activities to align with project timelines.

6) Coordinate necessary resources for system tests, ensuring that each entity provides its own staff and equipment.

7) Organize "readiness reviews" before system testing, and follow up on mandatory corrective actions.

8) Develop and manage action plans to address system malfunctions, aiming to achieve performance targets.

11) Produce and issue a 4-week lookahead plan for T&C activities.

12) Prepare detailed documentation for test procedures, including method statements.

14) Verify that all requested works comply with local electrical regulations and customer requirements.

15) Prepare marked-up drawings reflecting site conditions and approved modifications.

16) Draft and maintain test procedures and relevant technical documentation.

17) Execute cut-in/cut-out of circuits for new systems or reroute cables/systems that require testing and commissioning.

18) Ensure full compliance with site safety and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations, and ensure that all team members adhere to these rules. Remain vigilant to identify and address any potential safety hazards on site.

19) Providing comprehensive support to the T&C Manager by delivering all necessary inputs, data, schedule plan, issue list, KPI reports etc. to ensure effective communication management with both internal and external stakeholders

20) Perform Static, Dynamic SAT, and SIT for all testable requirements at both the System and Subsystem levels

21) Deploy software changes onto the existing system

22) Liaise with System, Signalling and Networking teams (both internal and external) to investigate and report issues during integration test phases

23)Responsible for installation of system packages in operational environments for integrated system testing involving various interfaces.

You have:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

What will you do?

Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Function/Primary Goals/Objectives:

· Ensure the execution of the capital project on processes, equipment, plant facilities are compliance with the Safety and GMP policies, procedures, standards, and statutory requirement

· Deliver projects independently on time, on budget and in scope.

· Manage project capital and expense cash flow budgets.

· Manage project cost status-raise Purchase Orders, process invoices on a timely manner
