As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the team to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery in various field locations. Simulation Engineer

The candidate will be part of the team developing a next-generation electrified mobility simulation platform using an agent-based modelling approach. The platform is envisioned to be integrated with other modelling & simulation systems under a digital twin strategy. The responsibilities may include any of the following:

• Develop simulation modules for the agent-based simulator.
• Design and implement simulation scenarios for electrification.
• Optimise the performance of the simulation.
• Calibrate and validate the simulation model based on real-world transportation dynamics.
• Develop connectors, interfaces, and adapters to facilitate model communication and data interchange.

Education and experience requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, transportation, or related fields.
• Minimum of two years of experience in simulation development.
• Experience with system integration or executing phased deployment plans is a plus.

Technical skills:

• Strong proficiency in a wide range of programming languages,including Python, Java, JavaScript, and C++.
• Familiarity with simulation software and tools (e.g., SimPy, MASON, Repast, Simulink, AnyLogic, SUMO).

Experience/familiarity with any of the following is a plus:
