Design, plan, installation, testing and commissioning of CCTV Systems, Intrusion Detection

System, Door Access System, Turnstile, Flap Barrier, Mantrap Capsule and Road Barrier System

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide vital support for managing Service Providers
• Executing Warehouse Management activities.
• Actively contribute to Warehouse Project activities, optimizing efficiency and processes.
• Communicate, manage, and oversee 3PL and Service Providers for daily shipments, including Dangerous Goods handling.
• Conduct efficient data analysis related to transportation and warehouse management.
• Monitor shipment schedules, and ensure meticulous organization and timely deliveries.
• Present KPI performance findings during meetings with 3PL and Service Providers.
• Proactively engage with the team through daily operational emails, fostering coordination.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics Management or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of proven Logistics experience, with expertise in warehouse management.
• Familiarity with air, sea, and land transportation, including Dangerous Goods handling.
• Proficiency in warehouse management and successful project coordination.
• Effective collaboration skills with 3PL and diverse Service Providers.
