Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries and requests for spare parts and services.
• Plan and execute sales action plans to engage and follow up with prospects.
• Assist in preparing proposals, tenders, and quotations.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify business opportunities within the industry.

Job Summary:

• To attend all incoming enquiries especially handling on painting enquiries and assigning job to pro painters and collating payments between company and painters etc.

Responsibilities

• Attend to all customer service enquiries
• Attend to all painting services related
• Retrieve emails, reply to all enquiries
• Assign painting leads to pro painters
• Tracking and compiling confirmed leads for payment

Job Requirements

· Degree/ Diploma in any discipline.

Our dedicated onsite Training team will provide you with a specifically designed training programme and support in your new role; and to enable you to develop and provide ongoing training for all team members.

Working Hours : 5 working days, 1 rest day and 1 off day per week
