• Guiding customers on how to use the app, ensuring that the customer knows how to use it
• Answering questions given by customers
• Troubleshooting technical issues

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N / 'O' level/ NITEC/Diploma in related field
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organise, plan and implement
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, Independent, able to multi-task and follow-through with minimum supervision
