You will be a network administrator that will work with IT teams to provide operation and project support. You must be able to communicate well with both internal and external partners.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide operation and project support for network.

• Manage and maintain the network infrastructure.

• Monitor the network performance (bandwidth usage, health of network equipment etc.).

• Support network related service requests.

EDUCATION / TRAINING:

- CCNA/CCNP certification is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• Responsible for day to day Operation and administration of network and security infrastructure.

• Hands-on experience in MANAGING firewall, switches, routers, Web gateway Proxy, Load balancers, NAC (Network Access Control), Wireless, remote access (VPN).

• Experience or Knowledge in managing Alcatel switches, Aruba Wireless Controllers, Palo Alto firewall, Network Access Control, RSA, F5 VPN.

• Knowledge in SDWAN and Cisco OTV /VxLAN.

• Knowledge in Cloud infrastructure (AWS) will be an advantage.

• At least 4 years experience in network field.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Hands-on experience and knowledge of Aruba Clearpass (NAC).

• Hands-on experience in managing firewall, switches, and load balancers.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitating and managing activities involving cross-border/domestic operations, including transit warehouse, international linehaul, customs clearance, and last mile delivery in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and China.
• Familiar with custom requirements, import and export procedures and documentations.
• Sourcing for rates from truck supplier as per the sale/customer's enquiry
• Handling all aspects of customer's requirements and problem solutions for their shipments
• Monitor and update shipment status, delays, or changes in delivery schedules.
• Managing cross-border trucking (CBT) billing and preparing reports for internal and external customers
• Assisting in auditing service provider bills and working with finance on payment
• Generating cross-border road freight (CBRF) reports

We are looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Freight Operations and Logistics/Transportation Business involving road transportation.
• Work experience in cross-border trucking service is a plus.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin (required for communication with Mandarin-speaking vendors/partners)

• Develop and maintain Warehouse Control System (WCS) application.
• Development of REST API endpoints for interfacing with external and internal stakeholders.
• Implementing REST API logic.
• Database integrations for persisting REST API data.
• Testing of REST APIs.
• Development of internal APIs for interfacing with internal components.
• Writing documentation for internal API interfaces.
