Responsibilities:

1. Service Request Management:

• Receive and process service requests from clients via various channels, including phone, email, and service management systems.

2. Field Service Coordination:

• Follow up with clients to gather feedback on service quality and overall satisfaction.

4. Inventory Management:

• Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment required for service operations.
• Coordinate the replenishment of inventory items as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels to minimize downtime and ensure efficient service delivery.

5. Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to streamline service processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement process improvements and best practices.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss operational challenges and solutions.

6. Reporting:

• Generate regular reports on service performance, including response times, resolution rates, and customer feedback.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on report findings to improve service operations.

Responsibilities

• Undertake detailed design in Building Structures
• Execution of projects and liaison with the Client, Client’s Consultants, Contractors, and authorities to provide technical support for design
• Checker to obtain approval of design and drawings
• Prepare design report & attend meeting to resolve technical issue

Requirements

• Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or its equivalent that is recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• Well versed with local authority codes and regulations
• Minimum 4 years of relevant building structure with civil experience
• Involve in large scale building (HDB/ Condominium/ Commercial) structural design project
• Good exposure in the analysis and design of PPVC, Precast and concrete structures, steel structures
• Good knowledge of the various engineering design software and analytical tools
• Applicant who has lesser experience will consider for Engineer role

Responsibilities

Responsible for Electrical Engineering services for the projects from concept stage, design development, contract documentation, authority submissions, site administration to project completion

Conduct technical discussion on common design problems

Assist in maintaining high quality standards of design and construction

Responsible to participate and support the Company’s SHEQ within their scope of duties

Requirements

Recognised Degree in Electrical Engineering

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in industry

• Test, operate, and maintain automated machinery.
• Develop and implement Logistics System improvements, upgrades, and maximize efficiency.
• Control maintenance costs and reduce downtime.
• Prepare project materials, cost analyses, and estimate yearly retrofit budget.
• Manage spare parts and conduct training for maintenance staff on new work methodologies.
• Maintain reliability and performance of automation and network systems.

• Review daily checklists and record equipment preventive maintenance work.
• Communicate with overseas IT online support and hotline software engineers.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar field.
• Experience with automation control products
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft PowerPoint, and operating systems is preferred.
• Experience with automation equipment, including conveyors, lifters, ASRS, food processing machines, and robotics systems.
• Skills in electrical testing equipment, dB readings, inverters settings, and calibration.
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of working under pressure in a cold room environment.
• Proven work experience in Industrial Automation Systems.

• Work location: Pioneer
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 7.30am to 5.03pm (have to be on standby)
• Salary Range: Up to$5300/month
