• Prepare Purchase Requisitions / Specifications / Mechanical Data Sheet / Technical Bid Evaluation for Pressure Vessels, Fire Fighting Equipment
• To be proactive in creating a safe working environment for everyone and ensuring that HSE in-house rules are observed at all times.

Job Scope

• Researching on new materials, building and construction technologies, building codes and regulations in Singapore and other target markets.
• Working with the R&D team at the Japanese headquarters on product improvement & development in Singapore & target markets (e.g. JP, US).
• Performing simulations & structural calculations on our modular buildings & creating reports using simulation programmes (e.g. SolidWorks, ANSYS).
• Working together with engineering partners and the government authorities on product feasibility studies, product localisation and approval for in Singapore and other target markets.
• Documenting and presenting research findings and developments to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Ensure project adherence to schedules.
• Travelling may be required.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or other relevant discipline
• 0 to 3 years of relevant experiences
• Knowledge in AutoCAD / SolidWorks will be added advantage
