We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager with over 10 years of relevant experience and a strong background in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices. Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement and Development:

• Responsible for initiating and completing technical activities leading to new or improved polishing processes.
• Responsible for improving yield and maximizing capacity for current and new equipment.
• Oversee the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods and processes.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis on processes and product failures, and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Polishing Process Management:

• Own and manage the polishing process during process sustainment.

• Participate in and/or lead qualification and validation activities.
• Partner and collaborate with the Engineering team on the installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Raise purchase requests for monthly consumable and spare parts and maintain an inventory report for spare parts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering or in related disciplines
