The Requirements:

• Preferably a degree holder in Electrical Engineering
• Ideally, with 8 years of relevant working experience in designing plants for projects in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical Industries
• Well-versed in local and international codes and standards related to the field
• Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office, CAD Drafting, and Electrical design software, with hands-on experience

• Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to the client and subcontractor to ensure the updated drawings are issued.
• Prepare method of statement and work procedure.
• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update progress of work.
• Ensure quality of work is achieved and all government and safety regulation are complied.
• Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation.
• Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage.
• Assist the Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in co-ordination with consultants on change order issued and liaise closing with the Quantity surveyor by providing necessary supporting documents on the change order.
• Organize labor, equipment and material for day to day site activities
• Carry out material receiving inspection and maintaining material record.
• All delivery order are to be return to office for record.
• Prepare daily and monthly progress report, perform and maintain inspection record.

• Able to provide first and second level Network support and network segmentation through routing, VPN, SD-WAN
• Responsible for supporting voice System, Cisco Enterprise Voice, and Microsoft Teams
• Has experience in managing Cisco call manager, Teams voice
• Hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting routing, and switching protocol - BGP, OSPF, HSRP, layer 2 switch e.g., VLAN, STP
• Has experience in SolarWinds, familiar with SIEM, syslog

The Successful Applicant
