· Liaise, coordinate and conduct inspection with project stakeholders i.e. Project Owners, Consultants and Subcontractors, etc.

· Monitor work progress and ensure on time delivery of projects

· Report to Management on progress of projects

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Civil Engineering from a university recognized by Singapore PE Board

· Preferably 2~3 years experience on project management and civil engineering projects in Singapore

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Good Command of English and Mandarin to speak to Mandarin speaking associates

· Software skills on MS Project and ACAD preferred

· Self-motivated and able to work independently

· Possess Motor Vehicle Driving License will be an added advantage

Site Engineer/Supervisor (Construction / Commercial and Residential Building)

Responsibilities:

•Assist Project Manager in all on-site technical/ engineering matters and authority submissions.

•Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance to company’s operating procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications.

•Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS/ Monthly Progress Claims and PM Reports.

•Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project.

•Planning of micro scheduling with other trades/disciplines against Master program.

•To update structural/architectural/M&E progress with scheduling tools.

•Ensuring supervisors & foremen meets clients’ regulatory work requirements.

•To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list

•Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out.

•Ensuring environmental, safety and health practices are carried out at all times.

Requirements:

•Degree/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering

•4-5 years experience in Building Engineering projects

•Proficient in MS Office, AutoCad

•Organised, meticulous with positive work attitude

•Able to work independently and a team player

•Good analytical, supervision and communication skills

•Completed QM project and a registered Core-trade Foremen/ Supervisor would be an added advantage

. Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
