ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· 90% Technical support (Diagnostics/troubleshooting/on-site/phone/e-mail/web-ex/SAP RMAs, etc.)

· 10% Knowledge database development, delivery of training, basic application support and Escalation support (technical analysis, cross-functional engagement, plan of action, on-site support, etc…)

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualifications in electrical/ mechanical engineering or physical sciences. Masters or higher-level education is preferred. Metrology experience within Semiconductor Market an advantage.

· Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel. Working knowledge and ability to test and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical analog and factory Automation

· Up to 5 years of relevant Semiconductor industry experience, preferably metrology products and with hands on instrument experiences.

· AAFM, AFM and X-ray service experience or background in Technical Support preferred.

• Provide level 2 End User Computing support and well verse in Windows OS.

Bruker Singapore is seeking for an IT Service Engineer based in Singapore. He/ She is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users within an organization. They are tasked with troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues, as well as configuring and deploying new hardware and software systems.
