Outlet Manager

Part time : $12-15 per hour rate

Position Summary:

As a member of the service team, you will greet our customers as they enter the outlet and ensure that they have a great dining experience. Your ability to familiarize yourself with the outlets menu will showcase your preparedness and knowledge as well as your desire to learn and to serve our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To prepare the outlet for operation, including mise en place, resetting tables
• Providing exceptional, friendly, courteous, and professional guest service at all times
• Taking orders
• To be knowledgeable with all food and beverage products on the outlet menu
• Respond to consumer inquiries about the outlet's services and special offers
• Processing customers' orders and generating their bills
• Assisting with seamless and fast service while maintaining outlet standards at all times
• Clean all tables after customers have left and get tables prepared for the next set of clients
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Comply with all safety and security procedures at the store
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a team of field technicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Provide coaching and training to team members on technical skills, safety protocols, and customer service best practices.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and support career development for team members.

Field Service Operations:

• Oversee field service activities to ensure timely and effective servicing of robots and machinery.
• Actively participate in servicing and troubleshooting machines as needed, demonstrating hands-on technical expertise.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Technical Expertise and Support:

• Provide technical support to team members and customers, leveraging deep knowledge of robotic systems and machinery.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance service offerings.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Comfortable working with numbers, analyze service metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular reports on service performance, customer feedback, and team productivity to management.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to improve service processes and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field service management, preferably in robotics or automated systems.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a technical team.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience servicing machinery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in data analysis and comfortable using service management software.

Responsibilities

• Carry out schedule and retrofits automatic door parts; mechanical, electrical and electronic
• Troubleshoot and conduct site check on the automatic entrance and propose parts recommendations for user consideration
• Provide site report to client for the purpose of completion of works, Testing/commissioning
• Decommissioning and conduct risk assessment of all automatic entrance related system and products
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• 1-2 years of site Engineering experience (i.e. installation, maintenance)
• Class 3 driving license valid in Singapore
