Review the Project technical documentation and requirements.
-Manage the engineering of the Project with close coordination with appointed Contractor(s) and Vendors.
-Coordinate preparation of technical specifications for procurement.
-Ensure an adequate standard of technical documentation in accordance with Air Liquide’s guidelines and standards
-Responsible for validating all specified requirements have been fulfilled.
-Responsible for ensuring documentation related to the Project is compiled and updated.

Responsibilities:

· Draft and produce engineering drawings for modification of existing plant and future new project according to drafting office Code of Practice.

· Assist Supervisor to produce and update register of all plant and vendors drawings to cGMP requirements.

· Provide support to Engineering teams and other plant udders in drawings and CAD design requirements.

· Assure Process & Instrumentation Drawing (P&ID) accuracy by conducting routine checks to maintain accuracy of all As Build drawings.

Requirements:

· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 10 years’ experience in Refinery/Petrochemical/Chemical/ Power Plants/Pharmaceutical/LNG/Oil & Gas projects.

· Knowledge of Equipment layout Development, Piping layout design for all types of equipment such as Vessels, Exchangers, Tanks, Pumps, Compressors, Heaters, Columns, Reactors, Piping MTO & Package Items etc.

· Familiar and hands on experience with design and drafting tools like 3D PDS/PDMS, Smart Plant Review, MicroStation, AutoCAD, I sketch, MS Office Applications etc.

Job Description

• Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements.
• To report to C&S QP, works closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timelycompletion of the projects.
• To be competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site. The appointed person must havethe strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.
• Appointed person possesses a complete understanding of local requirements, especially to comply with BCA's criteria for build-ability and safety assurancesystem.
• To carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
• To manage the site supervisors with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and MandE engineering works.
• To attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings Interpret drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.

Job Requirement

• Recognized Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering acceptable for registration with the PE Board, Singapore.
• Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Engineer Practicing.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience preferably in steel and precast building construction.
• Must be familiar with local Regulations/Codes for Civil and Structural related to building projects.
• Must have experience in condominium project.
• A good team player and experience in leading a team of Resident Technical Officers.
