Responsibilities:

Responsible for improving overall machine downtime of plant machineries and contribute to achieve maintenance section

/department KPI

> Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on plant machines

> Maintain & update of all breakdown records promptly

> Identify root cause of the problem and provide counter measures

> Monitor, maintain and conduct monthly stock check for critical

machines’ spare parts

> Liaise with machine agents for repair or maintenance of machines

> Calibration and verification of machine equipment

> Test and maintain machine safety systems in good condition

Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical or Mechatronic

Engineering with minimum 2 years' working experience in a

manufacturing environment

2. Good machine trouble shooting, problem solving skills

3. Good knowledge of PLC programming skills
