Huntsman Singapore Pte Ltd is now looking for a dynamic individual as a Maintenance Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will be located in Singapore.

As a Maintenance Coordinator you will:

Understand & comply with corporate and site EHS/PSM policies, regulations and procedures, and to execute the EHS/PSM roles and responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.

Plan, schedule and coordinate for all maintenance activities for the site, including Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance, and Shut down activities.

Create, review and release maintenance notification/workorder and update completion status within SAP system.

Ensure all EHS and Process critical PMs are tracked and completed in a timely manner; report into the PSM KPIs monthly.

Maintain the Contractor management program for the site to ensure all contractors are trained to work on site.

Ensure all maintenance/repair/certification records are well documented and archived in SAP and other documentation archive system.

Ensure all maintenance issues are recorded and participate in Root cause analysis (RCAs) on the events and issues learning.

Lead daily meetings with Operation team and other stakeholders to plan and prioritize maintenance jobs and issue daily Maintenance report.

Ensure all Plant systems are rigorously followed (Permit to work system, job safety analysis, risk assessment, Management of Change, Lockout)

Lead weekly backlog/Monthly backlog meeting to prioritize outstanding maintenance work

Issue weekly/monthly report on overdue and outstanding Preventive Maintenance

Ensure daily Safety toolbox talk is carried out to send a strong safety reminder at the beginning of each day.

Serve as a champion for all safety improvement plans/ideas to raise safety engagement.

Ensure proper accounting of spares in SAP and other inventory accounting system.

Ensure that all required spares & critical spare parts are available with right quantities and replenish.

Maintain critical inventory list and proper housekeeping of the store (flammable cabinets, critical spares)

Track delivery items and ensure proper issue and receipts of store materials.

Coordinate financial audits on spares and store items.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

Technical Education in mechanical engineering with minimum 5-7 years of working experience in the petrochemical or related industry

Effective communication, human relation and organizational skills to work effectively with team/workgroup or those outside the formal line of authority to accomplish organizational goals

Possesses strong analytical and planning skills with a good technical background

Strong people management skill

Good SAP -MM and PM module knowledge

• Production machinery and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain and repair all different production equipment to generate the best desired output, overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
• Troubleshoot in accordance with the checklists, monitoring procedures , mini specification, and ang engineering instructions in compliance with customers’ requirement and internal quality standards.
• Perform real-time equipment troubleshooting, repair, calibration and conduct periodic and non-periodic equipment preventive maintenance.
• Manage spare part inventory and maintain the production facility clean and safe.
• Ensure that materials are used and handled appropriately to avoid scraps.
• Perform daily 5S housekeeping and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
